As CCA (Complex Clinical Audit) is very young in its programs so let’s change up leadership by moving around Directors that have never worked in other line of business…this makes zero sense. JS the Staff VP this is her grand idea. Let’s cause more division and turnover. It’s going to take 6 months to year to train these Directors in their new positions and who’s going to have to do it…the teams the managers and staff who are currently drowning!! Don’t ever work in CCA. It’s horrible everyday and the blame rests on the managers to fix the survey results!

@46z It isn't, and that's the point.
I’m just seeing this… I work on those teams. When is the announcement coming? I haven’t heard anything from manager? This is crazy if this is true. How is this supposed to work?
JS the Staff VP didn’t even mention the Director changes in the quarterly meetings.
There’s so many that are just waiting to leave CCA. As bad as that department is it’s about to even more crazy with turnover. There is zero work/life balance. As a Manager the Directors just pile the work and say just do it with no resources or staff to do it. The Staff VP is making very poor decisions like this one changing around Directors when the solutions haven’t even grown from their foundations?
I heard about that email. Why would you put Directors in different position going from High Dollar to HBA and vice versa? They are completely different scopes of work and types of audits. There both still very new lines of work and HBA is just starting to get off the ground..what was the business strategy behind this? Once the word gets out more there is going to be more frustration and lack of trust in leadership leading to more turnover which we don’t need as it’s hard enough to get staff trained in this department.
