Its not easy to replace support with AI. Unless all you do is phone call and log SRs. People who actually solves SRs will remain. Logging SRs part will be automated by AI.
Support generates 1/2 the income. Every new release requires patching because it’s planned to require support. Just keep up the good work.
yes, they will try to replace you with an AI bot, and it doesn't matter if it works. boomers in executive positions believe it will work.
