I haven’t seen the results or heard anything from my leadership. It’s almost as if it never happened. Anyone else?
Not sure how they expect anyone to Ever participate again after these last two have been totally ignored… Insane.

“ Would you believe them if they presented them to you ? I would never trust a company that is morally bankrupt, and pushing a toxic culture within.”
D@mn straight! DTA (& CYA).
So much of the feedback is directed at what the VPs and officers have control over, so it is mostly pointless to have a GM come up with an action plan. The GM needs to somehow convince their teams to ignore everything going on outside of their team and just give a good score based upon how their local team is doing.
It's quite unproductive.
FWIW, I had a VP ask me if I knew who the negative responder was and if so, push to move them to another team to improve the score.
We'll get access to the Epstein files before our survey results
“how to make employees like/recommend a company that has no flexibility around RTO’
Man that’s easy - give them cubicles again, assigned desks, desk phones, filing cabinets, and inter office memos. Get rid of teams meetings and let’s fly people in for meetings. I mean if we are going to revert back, let’s do it right.
I really don’t think people would mind it that much, if it made any sense logically or from a business perspective. Good lord, go to an office to just sit on teams calls all day long and not speak to anyone around you, it’s just so backwards. History is going to show these mandates as completely unhinged at some point.
I saw them, but not the free-form question answers. I entered them into AI to generate a plan. I think the reason they are having trouble is because there isn’t a good answer to, ‘how to make employees like/recommend a company that has no flexibility around RTO’
My leadership only showed the positive scores and defended not showing all the scores but then asked us for some feedback on how to improve. I guess they could start with some transparency!?!
Would you believe them if they presented them to you ? I would never trust a company that is morally bankrupt, and pushing a toxic culture within.
Good question, my svp made his rounds, but vaguely referenced the survey. Asked for ways to improve things going into next year. Asked for honest feedback and those that were over the rule of 75 gave some pretty honest responses. Outsourcing & RTO (loss of talented people) has severely impacted customer support.
Our team lead did not show us all the results, only the part that was related to the area that they chose to improve.
I find this hard to believe as ALL VPs were tasked with submitting action items based on the results, and thus Directors and ADs have been having meetings to try and come up with some (which is of course, a joke, but neither here nor there).
If it’s actually true your VP is negligent and I would call them out.
I will always jump at the chance to tell leadership what I think of them.
You're unsure about the survey results? Stanky-leg literally wrote a crybaby memo about them.
yes , Stank has let us know. Be a Survivor try to do one of these -- outwit, outplay or outlast.
