As a part of Enterprise Reimagine, I was moved to a different role within the same division without change in title, level or pay. But I am not that excited about my new role. Do I have the option of applying for one of the internal open roles?

Any associate in the firm can apply for the new roles being opened regardless of how long you’ve been in your current role. All time in position requirements have been suspended.
@OP how is it a different role if tile, pay, and grade changed? If you are doing the same work just with a new boss or team then I’m not sure that would qualify or disqualify you to apply. Generally if you have been in same role for 1 year you can apply to other internal roles. Your leader will know if you apply internally so you might mention it before hand. Check with official policy though.
