Are we being brutally honest or holding back? Inquiring minds want to know! I’m laying it all out. It’s nothing I haven’t already said to my leader on multiple occasions.

Has anyone taken on a consolidated role? Why/why not? I’m staring one down the barrel & I think I’m going to walk. I’m getting dodged when I ask if the extra fill time responsibilities come with a pay rise…which means no.

@1y8 I think we’re saying the same thing? Just because names are anonymous doesn’t mean it can’t be narrowed down by leader and department.

@1nz No one believes that. Even if it was true, they could totally narrow it down by leader, how many people are on your team and specific points you make, ways of writing and date you told you leader you completed it.

This survey never mentioned it was "anonymous." The first email said "personalized survey link" meaning they know who says what haha. I was mostly honest with the survey and very honest about "trust in senior leadership"

I wasn’t completely honest. I am nervous the surveys are not anonymous and I can’t afford to lose my job right now. I’m just keeping my head down, doing my work and keeping my fingers crossed that I can keep my job for the next year.

I don't believe individual links are anonymous. I can't afford to be honest and put on the chopping block.

I don’t do surveys because i don’t believe they’re anonymous. No raise, no additional responsibilities-run!
