Allstate sounds like the same useless sh-t hole that State Farm has become! Used to be a great place to be but has turned into an unbearable h-ll hole! Same Execs just different place as they all run in the same circles and listen to the same Consultants. Progressive will pass us to become the #1 auto insurer in the 4th quarter or at the latest, first part of 2026. Not only that, if they write 8 million new autos again they will be almost 9 million ahead and SF or anyone else will ever catch them. Everything the play they call fails they call it again and again at SF! It's always the employees fault, never them and their plans. During in-office weeks over the last several months, we have ambulances pulling up because someone has stroked out at their desk due to al the stress. The whole industry has just become toxic! Best wishes! Go Progressive is out motto at SF! Serves the right!

@qv LOL, no they're not, just claims as usual, it seems to be a cr-p job in the insurance industry. I've worked at numerous companies in my 45 yrs of work. State Farm is a great place compared to most corporate roles. Disgruntled workers like ewe are what makes it toxic.
Everyone at State Farm right now is praying for a severance package. I would say 60-70% of the people regardless of tenure couldn't sign the piece of paper fast enough to get the he-l out of that place. The work environment is beyond description and people are st-----g out daily at work. About 10-12% of the claims workforce is out on FMLA protected absence or on short term disability. Every day is a total and absolute sh-t show!
Welcome fellow employee in Big Brother misery lol.
You know more Allstate employees have insurance through State Farm because our brain trust here doesnt firewall off personal data in the Allstate underwriting (from 1973 its a true PO$ work of art) and claims systems? THAT is illustrative of the quality of “forward thinking” strategic view here and some consolation knowing were not alone. Hang in!
Yes, we've had Verint for years and now have Hercules too. We have workforce management still in many areas. Hercules records every single call, screen captures your screen, and then summarizes the call and puts a copy in the file. Collecting data to eventually do away with more jobs. Also have an inventory management tool in claims called CHIP. Every single thing you do has a metric and anyone that is an outlier is just about guaranteed to be written up. They tell us it's about the "behavior" and not the metric. But every single conversation is about why are you not meeting the number. Sound familiar??? Micro-manage every single aspect of your life and job! Toxic!
Do they use Workflow Tool and Verint?
