Lost my job, came as a total surprise. Very good and surgical delivery. Su-ks big time.
Significant changes in product creation. Most designers in product moved to new roles. A few promotions, mostly lateral shifts to different FOP, some big role changes, a few layoffs at director and senior director level. Reporting structures very different and unclear. Changes on cross functional teams don't sound as significant. Very little communication yet beyond the 1:1 meetings, mostly word of mouth.
