Any idea when it would be for the next VRP offer? Any change to the eligibility and severance package?

@em my husband took it too thankfully. During his last 2 weeks of work he was super busy with calls and getting things explained to those who would take over his work. He has a few friends who declined the offer who regret it now and wish they had taken it. It was too good to refuse for us
What are the benefits of taking the VRP? How long will they extend benefits?
I'm hoping they take another pass at the same groups they hit this year to pick up those people who were not quite ready to go yet and/or hitting the age requirement to do so.
I hope others get the VRP opportunity next year. The severance package is good imo. I’m on a 3-week countdown and am so excited to leave the BS. They are losing a lot of experience and competence. I led a meeting today and thought what are these people going to do without me…
There is supposed to be another one early next year. Tech and Ops will be eligible. I don't know any other details.
