Being laid off would save me from doing three jobs for the pay of one while some of the people I work with spend their days kissing up to management and not giving a damn. Why should I fear losing a job like that?

Exactly how I felt, which is why I’m glad I was Laid Off. CPChem’s management is the worst and the favoritism is ridiculous.
Because you'll go somewhere else and do 5 jobs...Gulf Coast 2 was the final nail in the coffin.
