Agree, this has become an every year thing in GT
GT layoffs should happen every month. No one cares for high earning, do nothing Indians in technology
There is zero chance leadership is planning a layoff that far in advance. At best there are plans that if we are still burning cash to quickly, that it will be considered. Aside from that, Nike has done layoffs at least every 2 years for ages, so it's kind of pointless to say something like "there will be a layoff a year or 2 from now"
