I've been trying to leave anyhow. Getting paid to do it would be as good as it gets.

I couldn't sign the piece of paper fast enough! They would definitely get a digitial pay enrollment from me. Beer and hoo-ers for a week to celebrate and some booger sugar!
If they offered this to the mass 50% of the people would walk out the door tomorrow!
@d4 Innovation group already said they will be submitting a plan for workforce reassignment that will be effective sept 15
I doubt you will ever see anyone get this offer. Just more bs.
@OP 35 years and looking to get out anyway. I would jump at any opportunity to leave and get compensated.
I hope I do and that it gives me the courage I need to leave the abusive marriage. They’ve beaten me and said they’ll take me back without abusing me again. I’m ready to sign these papers. My insurance policies will follow.
