I'm surprised no one has mentioned Beck Contruction. That company made many, many millions building empty buildings in the CO space. Then they had Beck employees stand around in said buildings for years doing nothing. It was a gig that would make Costra Nostra envious.

It's not just TM. There are other vendors as well. Look at VPs and GMs who do business with vendors and where they go when they retire from AT&T.
And the Indian workers pay kickbacks to the hiring managers too. In return they pay them top pay in exchange for some agreed upon %. 10% for the big guy. Cultural and these are facts. Had an Indian colleague explain it to me. It’s illegal in the US obviously but happens all the time.
TM has a history of this.

Nothing new- I have been saying for years Tech M is using payoffs. How else could a mid company that is not hiring but subcontracting cr-ppy developers get so much footing at T and its subsidiaries? Only one way.....

I know exactly the wedding you are talking about! I think he left T (retired) and is now working for TM. Nice little parachute plan for giving them almost a billion in contracts.......
This is no secret. TM is actually pretty bold about it. They are constantly wining, dining and taking these guys to events. One Exec daughter....cough cough....had a HUGE wedding in India a few years back courtesy of said vendor. Hence the growth of TM in recent years.....
