It is getting harder to keep up as more people leave and the remaining team ends up doing twice the work. With RTO, things are only going to get much, much worse. Leadership really needs to address staffing before more talented people give up and walk out.

We were told by our exec director to reprioritize our work and put non value add stuff off the table. RTO will cause more reprioritization due to less work being completed because the company has to pay me for travel time.
I moved 1 and a half hours away so my 8 hour day is now 5. 2 of those in office hours are people bothering me. Then I get an hour for lunch!! I typically do crayon volunteer work for an hour. And puzzles for another half hour. So which work is most important for my half-hour in the office. That’s the real question!!!
The domestic contractors are coming for corporate jobs. VZ wants to shed the benefits load off the books asap.

My fingers hurt from all the typing I do about how horrible my life is because I am required by my employer to actually come to work and do a job , I am so stressed how archaic to have to work , I just want a paycheck for doing nothing. I have a family to take care of I can’t be bothered by driving to an office and be expected to do something. There ought to be some kind of law against this . Hard work gets you no where . My generation could have built this country much better from our sofas and beds with our little soft milky white hands.
They'll just hire more contractors for you to babysit.
