HILARIOUS!!!!
Ya do that. A complete reorganization will do the trick. NOT. New employees are terrible and can't do these jobs. That's why they are trying to d-mb down all of the jobs and working from templates and word track. Never seen such stupid new hire McDonald's rejects. But by all means do a freaking reorg and destroy the rest of it.
@kr and you can replace all short term American employees with 5 offshore employees from India
Falling to number two is the excuse, pretext ,rationale etc to making sweeping and probably drastic changes. I wouldnt bet that anything is off the table.
Long overdue. Overpaid long term employees need to go. You can give five new employees for the cost of the 30 year leach
Here is what you have to look forward to! The new corporate motto!

It's never the decisions that Exec makes, they are never wrong. There just has to be some better "master plan" or narrative out there. Whatever you do, do not ask the people that have been working here for 20-30 years their opinions or if they have a solution. Let's bring in consultants from the outside, maybe ask agents or have a few more bean counters to come up with something. Common sense is a four letter word at State Farm and toxic culture is running ramped.
After 20 surveys, millions in fees to consulting firms, and results of the OD Consultants review of the Enterprise, we are announcing the best direction forward for State Farm is to move to 26 Regional Offices allowing them to address the needs of their market areas. No more corporate led. We are also going to reinstate hiring standards and move away from the woke, purpled hair, neck tattooed, pierced nose, weed smoking, ADA accommodation millennials that Uber to work every day. We will also start inspecting homes and cars in-person again before denying a claim and have dedicated claims trainers in auto instead of picking some CS that has no clue what they are doing. Additionally since 80% of Agents haven't had a net policy gain in a decade, and a 20% adoption rate for new technology, we are moving away from the Agency model. This should have done 20 years ago to reduce our expense ratio by almost 30%. We will be able to increase pay for employees and lower rates for our insured. We are also limiting CEO compensation to $2 million a year and removing their ability to override actuary to manipulate and pad their and the cronies SMIP. We will apologize to all employees for treating them like sh-t, stop gaslighting everyone and destroying any credibility SF had left. Severence will be given to anyone over 50 that wants to leave SF and will bridge them to retirement age like we did in 20 years ago when we started closing offices. MT will be required to give back the $150 million in compensation he stole from policyholders, and JF, CS, KC will all resign. No one from accounting or agency will ever be allowed to serve in an upper leadership role again. MT Jr....don't even think about it, you were only promoted because of your daddy!
Meanwhile capital strength is up 6 billion year to date.
That's not promising.
I have an idea! Funnel everything through Bloomington,IL because they are really on top of things there and have great perspective, love being Corporate led! Let's change out the white Jake for a black Jake. Run more Bateman commercials and Patrick Mahomes. Let's close all of our offices in decent cities and move everyone to Atlanta Dallas, Bloomington or Phoenix. Remake our workforce-Quote. "In the first quarter of 2020, 68% of new hires at State Farm, primarily for entry-level roles, have been from minority groups, with a demographic breakdown of 30% Black, 15% Hispanic, 3% Asian and 20% other. Let's pay MT a $22 and $24 million dollar bonus, run billions in losses and when he leaves replace him with another good ole fat boy JF. Oh let's have two former SF agents run the company because that is a good idea and they have everyone's best interest at heart. Let's remove almost every one from the field and try to force everything virtually but sell the "personalized touch" of the agents. Oh and don't forget that accountability for thee and not for me. Gotta love the one size fits all business model in claims and those wonderful training modules really prepare people too, top notch SF! Maybe hire Mckinsey or the Highland Group again....that worked so well the first time. Come on SF, I have faith in you, you can f-ck it up even more! Go Progressive!
