A lot of bias, nepotism and partiality being openly displayed in hiring at many companies including Cisco.
Cost cutting and outsourcing is rampant everywhere.
This trend is not just Cisco, almost all companies doing this now, they don't care who you are, local or not, this is business, no company has to hire American.
