Has anyone figured out what the OP is even talking about yet?
How many HR systems has the company moved to in the last 10 years, but the group I support is using systems that are 30-40 years old. And the HR systems have gotten progressively worse and less user friendly. Shows you how this company values the employees . . . fulk the doers and take care of the overlords.
HR always games. Just saw one of them playing Solitaire on company time.
But its Market driven so its good.
The OP robs them every week when he gets paid to do nothing.

You know who decides all of this stuff. It’s not HR, let’s be real. Now if you have a story where a group of HR people took your lunch money please tell us.
