Many predictions have potential, but 'Mandatory all day BS indoctrination sessions on the New Frontier propaganda.' seems to be the most accurate, though technically, so far, it was a half day. Also, I believe the $1 billion in buybacks with little for the employees prediction is true. It might even be $3 billion in buybacks."

I got the same low BS numbers both years, with no real explanation. My performance ratings for those years are both 'Successful'... Then update your resume and look for better paying jobs."
