Could anyone tell me if country-to-country movements or applications for positions in other countries are currently blocked?

Please - no more moves from India to Austin!
I've lived and worked for Dell in 5 countries now. Lady move was over 5 years ago.
Two of the moves I received a starting bonus to pay for theove. One move was fully funded by Dell. Two I paid for myself.
Not really an issue if you have a good leader. I asked for a move from the US to Italy a couple months ago and was approved within a week. Our family is much happier here, I'm also back to being fully remote
I feel like it was easier pre-covid. Still possible but a bit harder. There’s a page on SharePoint dedicated to this, and outlines the process.
Got offered to move to another country. If there’s business need, then there’s no problem.
I've seen a few people move from country to country. There was no issue.
I know of someone that did it last month.
EXTREMELY UNLIKELY, though technically possible and I know people who did it a few years ago.
