I got moved last year, found a new job 2 months later. This other woman also got moved , she was from a different department. She left 6 months later.
They just want people to quit and not pay severance

@e8 Imagine how the person who got moved to you feels!!!
I can't speak for all groups, but that is what happened with ours. We have absorbed a person that unfortunately does not have the skills needed for the responsibilities in our group and are told that's just too bad, make it work.
