Once a great company. Ruined by immoral management.
I am not a fan of the current ELT, but the last CEO took a huge payout during the year that we did not get VCP at all. The fact is that most corporate leadership, everywhere, is peopled by psychopaths. How else could they lay off so many people, ruin the lives of so many families, while giving themselves large financial rewards, and still sleep at night?

Didn't think I'd find myself agreeing with josh hawley, but exactly this. Our C suite is no different from others and implement the same strategies that extract as much as possible from workers with as little compensation as possible. We don't have the collective bargaining power to work against that, and there's no reason to think our execs would for some magical reason have better ethics than ones at other companies.
