CRE describes Corporate Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate.

I think the OP was asking about Commercial Real Estate, which is a business line.

JLL has axed 2 CRE Regional FMs that moved over in the outsourcing move. Rock was terminated - Tyler was told to transfer to Project Management or he would suffer same fate. ( He now has left JLL employment) The heads of JLL account are writing up FM for overdue work orders and will not increase vendors in the pool to help with this issue. Maintenance is losing staff due to demand for Asset inspections only with maintenance work orders being pushed to a limited vendor pool!
Tons of banks with only temporary air conditioning and no real plan between the 2 sides to replace. No plan for annual parking lot maintenance and painting.
Stay backs on US Bank side don’t like the heads on JLL side with good reason.
“ Samantha “ on JLL side has no management skill only Corrigo skills- there is so much more to making maintenance functional than an computer application

Good luck USB folks it’s going to be a hard pull to turn this sh-t show around
What a mess !
