His continued employment after showcasing his lack of knowledge, care and the basic leadership skills a first line manager would have can be seen not only as a disservice from leadership but complete negligence from a board perspective. The amount of damage actively being done can’t be reversed. All to save face from saying he was a bad decision from Mike. A tech company needs a functional product org, and we don’t have it! Just take a look at the culture surveys 🤫
