I have several coworkers who I have never actually seen in the office, save for maybe once or twice in a few months. What's with this straight-up refusal to come into the office? And yes, I get it - I hate the in-office requirement too (especially in the Plaza, no one even interacts or talks with each other so what's the point?) How are some people getting away with refusing to come in, do they just not care about their jobs at all?
Also, it's quite upsetting that customer service reps, who do a downgraded version of our job basically, are completely remote.
