I hear some Band 4's had their bonuses slashed, any truth to that?

Same here. Just waiting for that payout, however small.
They basically set up over optimistic or unrealistic metrics given the 2021 revenue down situation. It was 60% in 2020. And they somehow believe we can over achieve. But as someone pointed out, the exec has a different incentive package unlike those of us in the trench
Well, I am throwing over my shovel in March right after the payout. So many other choices out there people. Get it while it is hot
Yeah I got less than 80% depends on your sbg performance. Anyways once that bonus is my bank account, getting out of this garbage company and garbage website
Same here, my bonus was down a third. My increase was a joke too, less than half inflation so in real world terms I will have less money than last year. F them.

Not for me, 80k bonus and 100k vesting stocks. Why? I fired 7 direct reports and increased margin.
After that email by JC regarding the red scorecard and warning MIP was going to tank.
Meanwhile.. just start job hopping and get raises every year. That is what they want.
