This place is really frustrating. Can't Sam's provide a little better training for new hires? I have empathy for those people who are literally lost, they need a job but they don't know how to do the work, they don't understand what their responsibilities are, etc.
However, Sam's can't expect the rest of us to do the work for them. And all this company needs is to provide them with better training. I would love to help some of them but it is simply impossible because I am overwhelmed.
