I feel like I work more than my manager

Not to mention management is the main cause of not being productive. All the associates see the managers not doing anything leave by example. If you really want to be honest you should start with management get rid of the ones that are not doing anything but gossiping talking all day. Then you got a nerve to say the old associates that get paid well are not doing anything. Well management get to working and you'll see changes with your associates!

This is the real truth! They do not lead by example at all. Managers here inspire people to copy their behavior. Isn’t it absolutely awful and demotivating when someone feels like they’re doing more than their manager?

D-mbest thought process and the reason why you'll remain in your position. It's not the managers job to do your job, it's the managers job to make sure your job is getting done.

If we all followed the example of our store manager, nobody would be doing anything.

Associates you just got trolled I can't fit in the find no post that talks about associates work harder than their manager. The person that claimed they reposted this u be childish for real tho. Someone can't tell Walmart from Sam's club. This is a manager trying to be a sarcastic! Out of all the Sam's club and Walmarts in the world it look like it triggered one manager so they posted this. What exactly do managers do now? If you're not a manager can you be more pacific are you a associate ? What is the need to write this what is your point?

Where can they be found when you need a override or a customer complaint! Nowhere
