Not to mention management is the main cause of not being productive. All the associates see the managers not doing anything leave by example. If you really want to be honest you should start with management get rid of the ones that are not doing anything but gossiping talking all day. Then you got a nerve to say the old associates that get paid well are not doing anything. Well management get to working and you'll see changes with your associates!
This is the real truth! They do not lead by example at all. Managers here inspire people to copy their behavior. Isn’t it absolutely awful and demotivating when someone feels like they’re doing more than their manager?
