CL 26, with history of ranking VG to E, ranked G this year:
- 125% raise. No RSU. No promotion.

It seems raises here is lower than the released information, where merit increase is 3.6% and one third employee got another 5% for promotion.
EMHC, CL 25, VG, 4.5%
US EMIT 20 years CL27 2020 VG 2021 G 1% Raise
No chance to get 28 cause EMIT sucks as no technical path for working class. The LT don’t think about the field guys that work Upstream Projects building the facilities for EMDC and now Global Projects. They never understood what our group does and will never GAF. They have IT Fellows that can get the 28 but not for our technical hands on skills.
Stuck no chance to advance top of pay band and they don’t let us move to GP because we have all the EMIT highlights. Time to go.
@2wbo+1e592EMy, unlike the past supervisors and managers had zero say in the pay increase. It was worked 100% by HR this year.
Cl26, E, yee around 21, 4% bump. DW can F himself. Smug PoS thinking this would be a welcome bump after a rough two years.
US, DS, CL25, E 2020, VG 2021, 2.5%. "Encouraged" my a-s. I feel like a fu----g id--t for being optimistic about this year. We deserve to lose more people. I try to speak well about the company but after this bu-----t, nah, any faith I had in Dallas leadership is shattered. Came in as an experienced hire, I make less now against inflation than I did when I got hired. What a fu----g joke.
DW said our attrition wasn't as high as our competitors. He is making sure that we will start winning the attrition battle. 😂
do supervisors/managers have any say or influence in raise determination?
Canada E CL27 5.5%
Newish hire here, haven’t found out my raise yet, but I’ve literally never heard of a 1.anything raise anywhere before.
Those cannot be real! Any sane company would just say there’s a pay freeze rather than disrespect their employees that way, right? Right?? Right???
CL 24, 6 YE, O and never once ranked outside the top bucket in the old or new systems.
+4% with no CL bump. I do find it “encouraging” … encouraging to dust off my resume!
CL28, YEE 23, G, 1%. No RSU. #weAreExxonMobil. If the Real Boat Captain is monitoring, would enjoy seeing your %, RSUs….what a joke this company has become over my tenure, it is clear Mgmt wants the lifers to leave.
US CL25
VG in 2021, O in 2020
US, CL29, YEE 28. Fully expecting 1% but don’t know yet. Was O for a gazillion years. E the last two years, so likely over SR
US downstream, CL25 OWD, 9%
US CL25. 2021–Excellent 4% raise
I wonder what we’re going to get next year now to help morale?? An ice cream maker?? 🤔
CL26 , VG in 2021 assessment (O in 2020 assessment) , got 1.5%🤣🤣🤣🤣
US CL29, YEE 27, O and up from E =1%. The company gave sub inflation raises which is terrible but who’s really surprised with DWW and TG running the ship. They want people to leave and Exxodus I am sure they will get.
January 2022 is going to be brutal for attrition...
Got 1.5% here CL 23 with VG, going to wait til jan 1 to get my extra weeks of vacation paid out on my exit. Thanks DW!
50%. Took my vesting and left with recent wave of resignations globally. Didn’t even think about increments / adjustments / CL promotions. All empty promises and perpetuating the lie to keep staff stupid & happy.
No looking back. There is life after Exxonmobil.
CL 26, 10 years with company. 1%. Ranked outstanding up to last year, VG.
10% raise. Was let go last year after 11 years with the company. Found a better job where employees are treated with dignity and respect. :-)
High CL US folks are getting 1-3%.
Others are getting up to 15%+5%.
CL 27, G, 3.2% raise. Upstream.
CL 24. G, have been VG and E in the near past. 1.25%. I started crying when my supervisor told me. I’m a single mom who worked from home and schooled three children all through Covid.
I’m having trouble accepting this level of disrespect and don’t know what I’m going to do next.
CL26 7yrs G 1.5%
Canada cl23 -> 24 including promo was 11.5% VG
Was Outstanding in 2020. I left earlier in 2021 because of trends. Was tired of changing diapers for xom management in EMIT and digital transformation groups. Some of the smartest, useless people I've met for making good business decisions.
50%+ increase in salary after leaving.
Why does anyone think xom leadership will do right for employees after 2020? How bad does it have to get before you leave?
4 years, EMIT, CL23, O+ each time, working on a project where I work directly with my L2. Fu----g 4% (was 10%, which was still not good but better than many). Oh and to top it off, the CL bump that I was told yesterday I had received, has now been ungiven because it was “given in error”. Fu-k you supervisor. Literally just told my L2 I’m looking for another job.
1% to 3% for most in usa and checkout this link on exec salaries
https://www.erieri.com/executive/company/exxon-mobil-corp
30%. Quit and went to another company :)
This is me who got 19.8% in GBC with CL bump to 25.
With new salary, my annual income is 43k USD, which is still 4-5 times lower than US folks with the same CL. So, nothing to be jealous of.
NI, CL25 3,5%
Raises will likely be much hire in the Argentina GBC because inflation there is double digit percentage.
@1oix+1e592EMy
They are probably topped out on their salary curve, and the 1% is a “merit transition” raise. I had a 29 that had not gotten a raise in 5 years.
Upstream, CL27, E, 5%
wow... which GBC dept gives 19.8%
CL 24 with CL bump, EMIT, GBC, 19.8%, Outstanding in the last 2 cycles.
