All of these “outstanding” CL 26,27,28 commenting 1-2%. There is some BS. Y’all aren’t mentioning anything about your RSUs….

CL 24, G, 8%. Motivating me to do nothing, take a lot of “sick days”, and spend most of my time looking for another job. Think I’ll use this new COVID as an excuse to work from home. When I get another job I won’t tell XOM, just continue to WFH. Fu(k XOM!

amazing how the company can still trust us to do or make decisions for sites with such a low increment.

EMHC. NI. CL26. 2.25%.

A 20-40% bump in WFH will even things out.

When I mentioned to my doctor that I was expecting to take a job at XOM, he said, "WHY would you want to do THAT?! I have a lot of patients there and they all hate it!" During my onsite, I asked my interviewers to tell me what they liked about XOM. One he/she/it said he/she/it would not leave because of his pension but NO ONE said anything positive about the company or that he/she/it liked working there.

I need to send a thank you note to the guy who blackballed me.

Seriously, what the fu-k happened over there? Your competitors used to be in awe of XOM.

Let's how many new replies posted in the time it took me to type this post.

Your boss has to proactively go find the information, it will not be presented to him on a silver platter like he has come to expect.

My supervisor says he hasn’t received any of the information about it yet, did everyone receive theirs today? He’s not one for lying about it or playing petty games etc, so kinda confused.

Trend I’ve noticed:
O 10%
E 5%
VG 2.5%
G 1.25%
NI 0%

With 5% add on for a CL bump.
