With over 20 years of service - I have worked 50+ hours almost every week in the last 10 years. (holiday / vacation weeks excluded). While I agree that we do have great vacation benefits even with the five days that were taken from us to give to new hires, the culture of the company has turned to a "if you don't like it you know where the door is" attitude.
Stankey is a poor excuse for a human being. That is not based on the changes he made but rather his attitude. I didn't like him when Randall was king and he is even worse as CEO. Every single peer in my group from 7 years of service to 42 think he is a POS and the company wants you to be tankful for eating c-ap.
Time for management to unionize. I would gladly spend month or two out on strike. I don't live paycheck to paycheck.
