I saw the title, and knew it had nothing to do with the work they actually have control over, and guessed (correctly, as it turned out), that this would be more white-splaining of BLM, because sending us "communications" is what passes for work among our "leadership" employees.
There is literally NOTHING they will do differently because of BLM, but their insistence on repeatedly pontificating about it derails any attempts to discuss the issues over which we actually DO have some control, because they don't want anything to change.
They keep getting their fat checks by pontificating, and we keep working and hoping not to be laid off, with nothing we can say about it, lest we be disrespectful to the plight of black folks, who aren't even really part of the discussion, just a convenient substitute object of it.

What I find funny is the company is pretty much in line with white/black as a percentage of employees compared to the population. It seems Latinos are the ones the company needs to hire. Hope they get some of those women from telemundo!
