I want 100k rufies.
From what others have posted the voluntary option for some techs will be $80-100k. Most anyone in a sales level considered management or management with 12-13 years or more will get $40K and up. I will get about $30k with 10 years and my boss who makes $50-75k more than me and has over 20 years will get probably $60k if we get hit. Not much money in the grand scheme of things.
For most of us, there is nothing decent about this company.
Good money, this is decent company, even rewarding at the endpoints, we should be grateful.
100k if you have 30 years of service or more. I only have 22 and I have decided to cut and run. will be getting roughly 79k
It's 100k in Rupees not USD ;)

This only applies to union represented technicians. If you're a prem/wire tech, who pays union dues but who after 12 years still isn't on the contract, you can expect to receive JACK SQUAT.
I believe it is the ~$45k in SIPP payout plus $50k. It has nothing to do with Cobra.
They count 6 months of COBRA as $79k, which sadly isn’t far from the truth...
