Honeywell has the same bull$h1t mentality that people should just be happy to be employed. That attitude is the root cause of what is systemically wrong with the culture at Honeywell. People are a company's greatest asset, not it's greatest liability. Until the greedy fools that run Honeywell realize it, they will always be in last place with customers and industry.
Exactly this. It has been proven again and again that companies thrive when their employees are happy and satisfied with their jobs. Considering how we are treated here, is it any wonder then that Honeywell is doing so badly lately?
