This relates to management in ABS.
Every employee who is terminated gets a bunch of papers with their notification. One of the papers is a list of titles/ages/and numbers of affected and unaffected people. It has to do with age discrimination notification guidelines. The paper shows the titles and ages of everyone in the 'business case' under which they're terminated, and if each one is affected or not. An organization, say under a VP, can have one or more business cases.
I got a report that on one employees list, there were 98 total people listed on the sheet, and 35 were let go (so basically 35%). Just one data point of many to come. Good luck everyone.
