If you are going to talk about the WARN act and say how leadership is going to try to find a way around it you should at least understand what you are talking about.
Yes AT&T is required to provide warn notification, but read the WARN act cicrcumstances that trigger warn. I don't think the company is going to hit the triggers and I don't think it has hit them in the past either. There are additional cicrcumstances but they are based off these first two. This whole thing s—s for sure but people act like upper management actively plot how to screw people over. A big driver for this is Elliott and the unfortunate truth is that a pblic company is required to make the board happy and we are very bloated largely due to aquasitions.
