Kinda of funny the day after the deal gets 100% done we get layoff emails, then they tried to re-call it and replace it with same email without the WORKFORCE part!!!!!
WORKFORCE – We know there is a lot of talk about job security. Our goal is to have talent in the right positions, and leaders will be working carefully with their teams on this over the next 18 months to do that. And while some duplications and reductions might be possible in some teams, we will also see new career opportunities open in others. For now, our goal remains staying productive and focused on the business, delivering the best results for our customers as we always do.
We also know that career development and advancement is a high priority for many of you. At this time, there will be no changes to existing development programs, and all programs that are in process, will continue until further notice. In the coming months, we will evaluate how the development programs will change and/or expand to better serve our team members. In the meantime, there are several steps you can take to grow your career including working on your development plan, discussing your career aspirations with your manager and HR business partner/Employee Success Partner, as well as brushing up your skills, or learning new ones with our learning courses.
