If they don't adapt and change, they will certainly die. Honeywell Aerospace technical leadership has no clue how to develop or innovate at competition speed. They are mostly Honeywell grown engineers, used to design at cost-plus speed. Their naive attempt to reshape an antiquated process designed for cost plus programs, is a clear indication that they don't have a clue. Most of the leadership needs to be replaced with engineers from the commercial aerospace industry. That will never happen, they will most likely die........
