I was fired for not looking up properly but I feel it was due to my age/race. Has anyone else been fired recently? Older? White? Straight male? Class action lawsuit with me? If yes ill share my info.

Discrimination played a big part in the reduction in force. This company really only cares about the volume one can sell. Not a place for a young person to start a career.

There's bad managers at corporate too who are allowed to bully. It's really bad! You know who you are! They say they take these issues seriously yet do nothing when reported. They want all these witnesses. It's impossible because the bullys are good... — read more

They laid off thousands of loyal employees, who all happened to be over the age of 40. Hmmmm, ya think we have grounds to start a class action lawsuit for age discrimination? Game on!!

If you think about things in a rational way (not many people can do that - look at the latest election results), all business problems may lead to job cuts and reductions in Hamilton.
