Trimming the bloat was desperately needed, and shame on the leadership for creating this situation. As for the trimming, appears to be a blind cutting of hundreds, letting top talent go while retaining and giving more responsibility to lower performers. We’ll see if this fosters the sales growth that has been promised.
Tenured and newer folks at all levels were called into a meeting with others and the large group was informed that their jobs were eliminated. Efficiency at its worst.
