Is sears renewing leases?
Has sears been renewing any leases for mall based stores or are they just closing them as they come due? And if they do renew leases does anyone know how long the new leases are for?
Can we really survive in this form?
I can’t seem to find any changes in doing business, at least from what I see at my store. Thought that the idea was to implement some changes to make us more profitable. So far, the same old thing.
