I ask this question in terms of everyday operations, and not in the context of change that was implemented in the Ch 11 proceedings. What are the potential areas in which business will be done differently then in the times that we used to be a corporation?

Yeah Eddie is pretty much going to get away with anything he wants now. So when the bottom drops out, you won't know until it is far too late.
There will be no public reporting of sales, revenue or profit. You won't hear how horrible we are doing, based on actual facts. Reporting of great and glorious forward movement as part of the nebulous Transformation (Wave 2) is almost guaranteed and you should bet the farm on it happening!
