I would be interested in learning why employees are sent to other club areas to fill staffing voids, but not paid that higher rate I think we can all guess what the answer is?

How are we expected to retain Backroom Associates when their pay is 15$ and the job is much more responsibility than a merchandiser who gets paid the same or a forklift merchandiser who gets paid 17? No one wants to work back there
