This last pay period shows that I didn’t earn ANY ppto whatsoever even though I worked my full schedule. What’s going on?

You maxed out on hours, like others said. However what others are saying on the max is wrong, based on states.
I've gained 66 hours since February and still accumulating still. Idk what the max is for my state but last year I hit a limit around 90ish (overtime work). Thats 90 for the year accumulated, not total.
For those with the 48 limit, that sucks to hear tbh. Would take u 2 years to get what we get in a year...
Once you have earned 48 hours in a year, you will not earn anymore until Feb of next year. If you have not earned the max of 48 hours, then you can call benefits and they can find out what is going on.
You max out at 48 hours. You earn it faster if you work overtime. I get stuck working a ton of overtime because im d-mb enough to be a lead. I maxed out in july.
Everyone should be reaching max ppto around this time. I think I have 1.6 hours left to earn before I'm maxed out for the year as well. Don't burn through your ppto it has to has until after feb. Because even in Feb it will only start trickling in again an hour or so at a time. So it will take forever to earn even 1 day of PPTO..
That's why I don't use mine. I have only used 4.5 hours all year so far. So once I get my last bit I'll be at almost 44 hours which will roll over for next year.
You are not earning anymore ppto because we all reached our max for the year. You will be getting extra pto.
They add the time from ppto to you reg pto now. I get 1hr every day i work now added to reg pto. Until Feb.

You maxed out. Won’t start accumulating anymore until February. Read the PTO/PPTO info on the wire..
Check how many hours that you've earned this year. I bet that it says 48.
