Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Everyone is wrong

Generally speaking CSC is talentless andantes good talent it has us long gone with the exception of a handful and I give them 6 months.

HPE, sorry are ancient thinkers with agin mainframes who have no clue about services businesses runs in 2019.

New to DXC folks are strong talent who have all liked thwir careers joining and not are trying to figure out how to get the heck out of here since the brand of this place is so bad.

Then there are the lady who are drawn to the company because they want free money.

It all adds up to 0

I work for DXC at Raytheon. I saw the end comming by the manner in which they treated their employees ( missing payroll, insane mandates, etc.) and how they treated Raytheon. Worse company for whom I ever worked.

CSC25yrs. How do you know DXC is losing the Raytheon account 2nd Qtr 2020? I work on the Raytheon account and I can never get any managers to tell me anything about the contract. I figured it was only a matter of time before Raytheon did not sign the contract since so many people have converted to contracting to Raytheon through other vendors or just retired.

The person who posted this thread needs to take a long hard look at themselves. As @10znArwD-jam says, "Mindless drivel".

Please people, if you're going to criticize DXC, and the former companies that preceded it's creation, then post something structured and meaningful, rather than random thoughts written in Pidgin English when suffering from an altered state of mind.

Both CSC and HPE had many skilled technical and service delivery staff, who were repeatedly thwarted by bad managerial decisions, a lack of willingness to invest in new technologies and service offerings for the business as a whole, all fed by an insatiable diet of financial greed at the top.

When the DXC hatchet strategy really took hold, most good people had already decided to leave, either under their own steam or subsequently through VR. Those who remain, or have recently joined DXC, may well want to reflect on where the business is really going, and how they see their careers in two to five years from now. I personally wouldn't want to be associated with the DXC brand, let alone sing their praises on my CV through clenched teeth.

It's a brave new IT world out there, and I for one consider it would be a better world without Mike Lawrie's DXC.

No, @10znArwD, everyone isn't wrong; it's you who are.

The spelling and grammar here seem to indicate the talent level that is left at DXC. Of course, this could be one of the many delivery workers who is forced to cover three different jobs and put in 100+ hours per week and typed this late at night after a 24 hour shift dealing with customer issues.

You should learn about spelling and grammar before posting pointless nonsense.
