F U to ML. He has money to buy companies left and right. The company gives raises and bonus of $224,000+ to the board as stock purchase for $00.00 . But we the workers get not a dam thing.

Feel sorry for the new grunts coming into this mess of a company and then facing being WFR but not before they have to train their replacement from lower cost centre

Just another sh1tty ServiceNow outfit, to go with the rest of them.

One trick ponies and pouring money into a transient product.

Still, wouldn't matter if they were an absolute gold mine, DXC would still destroy it.

Good luck Syscom, your board have just signed your death warrant.

@jfb... that's the way. The founders run off with their millions; everyone else left with a big FU.

I feel bad for the company being bought by DXC. 😔 the Syscom bosses probably all got rich and will be leaving and the employees will all go into the meat grinder that is DXC.

Feel sorry for the newcomers from Syscom - to be WFR and offshore their work, experience and knowledge to cheaper graduates and in lower cost centres.

Good for Mikey and Mason + board boosting share price further up + existing Syscom (soon to leave) CEO getting $$/$$ bonuses and further share scheme options.

DXC's security offerings hasn't done too well in the past year. So perhaps they guys in Norway can offer something for the Nordics region before they are all riffed or do a SYS 63748.
