Hello all - just curious, has the VSP been offered to TriQuint Semiconductor and/or RF Micro Devices folks as well.

We got email today from our CEO that we are going to have layoff. My manager told me that it can be up to 30% and mostly 55+ age employees.

Tim Dunn (VP of Mobile Devices), Todd DeBonis (VP of Sales) were some of the TriQuint VP (s) who did not make it to the Qorvo team.

Do you have any info on possible layoffs at Qorvo - I am interested to hear about layoffs - locations and levels as well as severance package deals.
