It was a very stressful day in the Jax office. Very sad. PHH let many experienced and knowledgeable people go. They kept the head nodding management that have no clue. Just mibd blowing.

My sources say we cut roughly 100 managers and loan processor at ML (Home Loan Servicing Center), few hundred more in Buffalo, Jacksonville, etc… When Cendant was in charge we had around 4K folks, I think we are under 2K now. You guys saw the news... — read more

I heard Servicing layoffs will be tomorrow. Anyone hear which departments will be affected?

Today was bloodshed. People who had no right being let go were let go while people with poor performance were able to stay. The layoff itself was humiliating and disgreful.

How many total are departing? People with multi years are out of there. There IS life after PHH! I am one! Better pay, less stress by far, but caveated that I am out of that industry and back in my original field.
