Is in the biz section under "Philly Deals"...Basically, PHH wouldn't confirm to the Business Editor who wrote the article that there was layoffs occurring or even approximate numbers of employees that Cendant had at its peak or what the employment would be after today. So he got his info from other sources and read it back to the PR person who was surprised it was so accurate.
