So it’s safe to say the only bonus given out was the quarterly one for top manager in the country, unless they took that away as well.

@xp I think the point the poster was making is that the comment about starting your own business is like saying "do better" without indicating anything more. It's essentially another way of saying "shut up and go away". I would agree that this is not a site for constructive discussions, but most other comments are not insulting others.
There is also nothing mentioned about scale from @wt, so your comment also comes across a little insulting. And the quip at the end "Try again later please." is so disappointing. We must strive to be good people regardless of the situation we are in or who might be watching. I understand you are probably very frustrated with NCR itself or the comments (who knows if any are actual employees here) as most people are on this site. Please consider how your words might affect people before pressing the submit button. @wt Really now. what other comments on this thread are not productive. Yes, it's all about RISK there are no guarantees. You bet it cost real money to start a business. However, your premise is that you must start on a scale large is flawed. Try again later please.
@wj It's also not constructive to just tell someone to start a business. Most businesses fail and require considerable amount of money to know if it is going to fail or succeed long enough to be bought, go public, or payoff the investors to go fully private.
There seems to be a common theme in some of these posts to start your own business or find other employment. That seems likely to be coming from person(s) at the core of the issue here - layoffs.
It’s too bad the employees don’t own enough shares in the company for leadership to be forced to respect them as the stakeholders they supposedly represent. The revolving door and continued churn even in offshore positions is not at all impressive…. Quite the opposite in fact.

Christmas bonus LOL. My terrible TM will probably get one but I have never seen one in my time here with Voyix.

Never a bonus for the techs, only quarterly bonuses are rewarded for the best manager that pushes their team, the workers may get a slice of pizza.
Even the system is measured by numbers that can reward a manager that su-ks.
Very very very hard to get a bonus at any of the 2 NCR companies

Christmas bonus is you get to work AV on Christmas Day and run calls away from family. The OT earned is your bonus.
The Christmas bonus at Voyix or Atleos is you still have a job and not cut 1 week before Christmas. Can someone please promote the CEO as soon as possible.
@hy I was also RIF’d yesterday…I have an entire list by role and age, and whether they were laid off or not. Not the largest RIF of 2025, but still plenty of people were laid off. Yes, severence is being given, it’s not based on tenure, it’s based on your job grade level. Benefits end at end of December. If you are on an SCP plan for 2025, you will be paid on your SCP through December as well.
Just found out my coworker received a RIF for her Christmas bonus this year. Any idea how many were affected this time? 🤷♀️
$20 Walmart gift cards were such a loving thought. Even that show of love was eliminated…..bah humbug
I was there 13 years, never got a bonus, I got a bullsh-t 20-dollar gift card for Walmart that i never used. fu--ing jelly of the month club kinda bullsh-t.
