We get a really raise based off those stupid a-s statistics, f&d, waste, high impact displays, growth revenue…. Most people are faking those displays sorry to break it to you Mondelez….
Some people got a raise in April and a little bump a few months later
The DMs and RMS are so worthless. They literally just forward a couple emails each day from the comfort of their own home.
@xw if your so good at your job why don’t you get your lazy butt off the bar stool and support your team! If ya haven’t noticed the disconnect between selling at corporate level and having to execute at store level, lord help you! Last I knew DM’s were support to support their team reps, ours only works on warming up the bar stool with his butt. Lazy! Do your job! Nobody cares about making numbers anymore, so good luck to ya!
It’s because the sales reps are tired of being told constantly over and over that there’s no space at Walmart for those displays. And then after you get one by some miracle, it’s thrown on a cart two days later, and pushed in front of your backstock in the back. We’re all over that bs.
I’m a DM and you’re right. We have no sales reps, they can’t even sell something the account teams already sold. Might as well make them merchandise and get something out of them

The dmi pics are cause when they eliminate dsd and have 1or 2 reps per district, that’s all they will do is take pics since they aren’t merchandising. It’s gonna happen! With slumping sales they won’t go back!

Ive gotten a raise every year but hardly any bonuses
And they took away monthly bonuses and make hitting quarterly bonuses damn near impossible. But the company made billions in profits!!!
Umm I got 3 raises last year

We absolutely did not get 2 raises lol. I've worked here 20 years. We get a raise every April but last April we didn't get one I don't believe. Never get 2 raises
